We recommend Mapache Bold Roast from Villa España Estate for brewing in: Automatic Drip, Aeropress, French Press, Moka Pot. We recommend using 70g per liter (1kg) of water. We recommend brewing slightly cooler 90 C and not boiling as this is a darker roast.
We recommend grinding with a Burr grinder and grinding a little bit coarser than usual for your brewing method as this is a darker roast.
