We recommend Mapache Bold Roast from Villa España Estate for brewing in: Automatic Drip, Aeropress, French Press, Moka Pot. We recommend using 70g per liter (1kg) of water. We recommend brewing slightly cooler 90 C  and not boiling as this is a darker roast.

We recommend grinding with a Burr grinder and grinding a little bit coarser than usual for your brewing method as this is a darker roast.

GoodBeans Cold Brew recipe: 300g of Mapache, ground coarsely, and 2.5L of room temperature water, mix in a container, leave in Fridge overnight (10-12 hrs), filter and enjoy! Lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge after filtered. We recommend a Chemex for filtering.
