We roast on a state-of-the-art fully-digital handmade MCR-2D from Mill City Roasters in Minneapolis, Minnesota to bring you the highest quality roasts from El Salvador.

The roastery is located off-site from the coffee shop in the Merliot neighborhood of Santa Tecla, El Salvador a short 15-20 minute drive from our store. The roastery is not open to the public except during scheduled Roasting Experience tours. 

We offer a Roasting Experience at a charge where we will take you to our roastery in San Salvador and teach you the basics of coffee roasting and you'll get to roast your own batch of coffee to take home for yourself or friends and family.
