Local Orders (El Salvador):
We stand by the quality of our coffee. That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all local orders both shipped nationally or purchased in-store in San Salvador. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly offer a replacement or a refund, no questions asked.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Exchanges are processed immediately when in person.
International Orders:
At this time, we do not offer refunds on international orders. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are final.
