Payments and Shipping FAQ

Paying with a card
We accept Visa and Mastercard, debit or credit, at checkout.

Paying with Bitcoin
You can pay with Bitcoin Lightning or On-Chain contact us and we'll set it up.

Shipping to the Americas
DHL Express shipping is included all countries from Canada to Argentina, most of the Caribbean included, with tracking.

  • United States and Canada: about 4–5 business days
  • South Florida parcels can arrive in as little as 1 business day, with 2-3 being common.
  • Rest of the Americas: about 7 business days

Shipping to Europe and Asia
Shipping is added at checkout. DHL usually takes 7–8 days.

Ordering from the United States
Shipping to the U.S. has gotten more complicated. Tariffs and DHL customs-clearance fees may apply, and they've changed several times with little notice. Sometimes they're billed after the coffee has already arrived.

Under current rules, these charges are paid by the person receiving the order, not by us. We have no control over U.S. customs, and we can't refund an order that customs holds, seizes or returns because duties weren't paid. Customs can also add time to the usual 4–5 business days.

Live somewhere remote?
DHL charges extra to deliver to remote areas, sometimes more than the coffee itself, and Shopify doesn't catch this at checkout. You can check your postal code in DHL's official remote area list (Excel file download; find your country, then your postal code or town). If you're on it, or you're not sure, please contact us before ordering.

If you miss the DHL delivery
DHL usually tries to deliver once, then again the next business day. After that, your parcel waits at a local DHL location for 5 days. If nobody picks it up, DHL may send it back or dispose of it, and we can't refund those cases.

Customs, duties and where we can't ship
Import rules, duties and local delivery fees are set by your country, so please check them before ordering if you're not sure.

  • We can't ship to Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Australia or New Zealand.
  • Customs in Germany is often slow and can be cumbersome.

If your parcel reaches your country but is marked undeliverable and isn't picked up within the carrier's hold period, we can't refund it.
