We're a roastery and coffee shop in San Salvador. We roast here, pack here, and ship worldwide from here. The coffees on this site are the same ones we brew in our shop every day.

Everything is strictly high grown, specialty grade, and Salvadoran: heirloom Bourbon from Finca Las Nubes, Pacamara, naturals, and the small rotating microlots we call Guara.

Roasting and shipping from origin is how the value stays in the country.

How to order

1. Start with the Sampler. Four of our coffees in four bags, including our house classics and a rotating Guara lot. It ships the next business day.

2. Then get The Batch. Found the one you love? Pick it, and we'll roast a full batch just for you, about 1.3 to 1.6 kg, straight from the drum into one big bag. You can also have it split into four labeled bags to share.

Shipping

DHL Express is included to the Americas, from Canada to Argentina, excluding DHL 'Remote Areas'. Many other countries in Asia and Western Europe can be shipped to with a surcharge at checkout.
