Terms of Service

By accessing and using thegoodbeans.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Shipping

  • We process all orders within 2 business days.

  • Local orders (El Salvador) are shipped via local couriers including C807 for nationwide orders or UberEats or PedidosYa for local orders. 

  • International orders are shipped via DHL for the Americas, and regular mail (Correos de El Salvador) for Europe or Asia. Large orders over 15 lbs are shipped worldwide using EMS Express Mail. All international orders are final sale. All international orders have tracking codes.

  • For international orders the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees collected by the delivering agent according to their local customs regulations. 

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Local orders are eligible for a refund or exchange as per our Refund Policy.

  • No refunds or exchanges are provided for international orders.

3. Liability

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses due to third-party shipping providers or customs issues at the destination country. 

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
