Refund Policy
Local Orders (El Salvador):
We stand by the quality of our coffee. That's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all local orders both shipped nationally or purchased in-store in San Salvador. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly offer a replacement or a refund, no questions asked.
- To initiate a refund or exchange, please reach out to us by email at goodbeans.sv@gmail.com or visit our physical store located at Bulevar del Hipodromo 537, San Salvador, El Salvador
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Exchanges are processed immediately when in person.
International Orders:
At this time, we do not offer refunds on international orders. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and the complexities of international shipping, all sales are final.

Terms of Service
By accessing and using thegoodbeans.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Shipping
- We process all orders within 2 business days.
- Local orders (El Salvador) are shipped via local couriers including C807 for nationwide orders or UberEats or PedidosYa for local orders.
- International orders are shipped via DHL for the Americas, and regular mail (Correos de El Salvador) for Europe or Asia. Large orders over 15 lbs are shipped worldwide using EMS Express Mail. All international orders are final sale. All international orders have tracking codes.
- For international orders the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees collected by the delivering agent according to their local customs regulations.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Local orders are eligible for a refund or exchange as per our Refund Policy.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided for international orders.
DHL as per their terms of service will attempt delivery once, if there's no one to receive the parcel they'll leave a notice and attempt delivery a second time the next working day. If there's no one to receive the parcel the second time they'll leave a notice and hold the parcel at their nearest distribution center for pickup for 5 days. After 5 days DHL reserves the right at their discretion to return or destroy a parcel. There are no refunds if the parcel is determined as undeliverable by DHL and not picked up from their distribution center according to their terms. This is a worldwide DHL policy and we have no control over it.
3. Liability
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses due to third-party shipping providers or customs issues at the destination country.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
