Meet the coffees we roast and serve at our shop in San Salvador. From our everyday house espresso to a natural Bourbon, rotating microlots, and a proper dark roast, the Classic Sampler brings four distinct expressions of Salvadoran coffee together in one box.

Torogoz — house roast · 450 g
Our house blend, and the espresso we pull in the shop every day. Washed and natural Bourbon from Finca Las Nubes, JuayúaMedium-dark (7/10). Apaneca-Ilamatepec, 1400 m. 

Mapache — heirloom bourbon · 340 g
Natural heirloom Bourbon from Finca Las Nubes, Juayúa. Fernando Gutiérrez. 1400 m. Medium-dark roast (7/10). Chocolate, fruit, butterscotch body.

Guara — limited microlots · 340 g
One of our Guara series microlot bags will ship to you, these are pour-over focused coffees roasted from light to medium. Most of them are natural process, and of interesting cultivars. 87+ SCA. We ship these according to availability,

Volcano— dark roast · 340 g 
Don't hate on dark roasts until you try Volcano. Grind it a little coarser than you normally would, and brew it in the low 80s C. Classic profile, dark roasted washed red Bourbon taken to second crack. Classic and roasty, sweet dark caramel and creme brûlée notes.

We roast in El Salvador and ship directly to you. Most orders leave our roastery the next business day, and when your coffee is already in stock at our shop, we may be able to ship it the same day.

Because our coffee moves quickly from the roastery to the customer, your bag will typically have been roasted recently—often within the previous few days. Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you can see exactly when it was roasted.

DHL Express delivery

Your coffee travels from El Salvador via DHL Express, with shipping included across the Americas within DHL's standard coverage areas.

Delivery can be surprisingly fast. Many US orders arrive within 3 business days of dispatch, and some destinations receive their coffee even sooner. Actual transit times vary by destination, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions, so we recommend allowing a little extra time.

Other destinations may incur a shipping surcharge, calculated at checkout after you enter your address. If you live in a remote area, please contact us before ordering.

• Europe and Asia with DHL: about 6–8

Customs delays are always possible, but the vast majority of orders arrive on time.

We’re unable to ship to Australia, Spain, Japan, and South Korea, New Zealand, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or Cuba. Holiday orders can take a little longer.
