Torogoz — house roast · 1 lb (450 g) · Kraft bag
Bourbon. Washed and natural. Medium-dark (7/10). Apaneca-Ilamatepec, 1400 m. The espresso we pull in-store.

Mapache — house roast · 12 oz (340 g) · kraft bag
Natural heirloom Bourbon from Finca Las Nubes, Juayúa. Fernando Gutiérrez. 1400 m. Medium roast (6.5/10). Chocolate, fruit, butterscotch body.

Guara — limited · 225–340 g
A guest microlot. What you get changes with what we have. Same idea as the in-store Guara: small, rotating, worth drinking while it’s here. Most bags are 340g bags, certain microlots ship in smaller 225g bags. 87+ SCA. 

Coatí — hot cocoa mix · 14 oz (400 g) · Kraft bag
Cacao from El Pringadero, San Pedro Nonualco, on Chichontepec. R. Rodríguez. 1,200 m. Rainforest Alliance organic cocoa, almonds, cinnamon, raw cane sugar.

Contains almonds and cane sugar.

Roast dates
Printed on each coffee bag. Coffee will arrive fresh, no worries.

On the price
Shipping costs went up with the wider freight situation, so we had to raise prices. Freight has started to ease, and we lowered the pack price to match. It’s still not the old number. We’re working toward that.
