Guara is the macaw — and the name we put on small lots from around El Salvador. Not the house blend. The coffees that don’t sit still long enough to become one. Microlots scoring 87-89 SCA. Once they're gone, they're gone. 

Four single-estate bags, roasted in San Salvador, packed here, shipped from here. Usually three 12 oz (340 g) bags and one 8 oz (225 g) bag. Whole bean. Light to medium, depending on the lot.

Spain, Japan, and South Korea go by regular mail. We’re unable to ship to Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or Cuba. Holiday orders can take a little longer.

On the price
Shipping costs went up with the wider freight situation, so we had to raise prices. Freight has started to ease, and we lowered the pack price to match. It’s still not the old number. We’re working toward that.
